i heard it's based off my parent's income...
my father has a high income however...
we're still broke because we got so much bills and credits problem to take care of.
the income might be high in this family, but then our lifestyle is as broke as any normal family..
perhaps worst since we're just going around renting houses now and we barely have the money to pay our rent
...so what would you do if you're in this kind of sitution?
