I have a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville with the 8 speaker factory GM Bose sound system. It has a good alla round sound quality, and the speakers seem to be good, but I know I can do better.
I was thinking of replacing the whole system...I already have an Audio Art amp and a Kenwood head unit, now all I need is speakers. However, thank you economy, I have begun to rethink my speaker decision. I could save a lot of money by keeping the existing speakers that are in the car.
The speakers are the factory Bose speakers. I dont know the wattage and ohm rating of the speakers. Does anyone here?
The head unit and amp would clean up the sound of the system even more. Would it be a wise decision to keep the factory Bose speakers and proceed with the ret of the system installation?
Thanks
