Factorial Designs and ANOVA: How do I plot the residuals of this dataset in Minitab?

Can someone explain to be how I can do parts (b) and (c) here in Minitab?

I can't figure it out. I tried doing Stat > DOE > Factorial > Create Factorial Design...

But no clue what to do from there. Please help.
