Facebook question..."now friends with" status?

I found out 2 girls are friends with my crush :)

Girl#1 page lists "now friends with Jim"
but
Girl #2 page doesnt not list it even though he is in her "friends" list. She has "now friends with" status for other people.

How is it for Girl#2 to only have SOME "now friends with" status?
Is it because she deleted some? Or because the guy added her first?
