Whenever I try clicking on any name on Facebook chat, they suddenly go offline, when I am certain they are online. When someone tries clicking my name in the chat, it says that I am offline on their Facebook. It hasn't been working for a few months, but I know a year ago it was working. I don't think there's a problem with my computer because Facebook chat works with other accounts. Only mine is messed up. Help please!
