Whenever I sign onto facebook chat and click on someone's name to chat it says they're offline even though they aren't. My friend also told me that I'm not signed on as being online. This has been going on for a long time and it's very frustrating. I've tried refreshing the page but that doesn't work. Is there anything I can do to make it work again?
