Whats the best facial cleanser out there for mild oily skin. I curently use neutrogena deep cleanse. But I think that it causes my skin to be oily. So anyone know a good soft skin cleanser for oily skin that they have tried and had success with. Something not harsh.

I liked using Proactive face clenser/wash. But I stopped buying it (it got expensive only buying one item) and just use antibacterial lever 2000, which was recommended by my dermatologist. Its mild, and doesnt leave residue. Some say antibacterial doesnt make a diference. I FEEL better with it. I think the key is a good moisturizing lotion that u like, and that wont clog pores(Non-comedogenic). I like lubridem(also recommended by my dermatologist). it goes on glossy, but it dries to a flat finish. Sometimes I wipe of the excess shine with a clothe towel and im good to go.

A lot of people love Aveeno's moisturizing bar, which I just bought and only used it once so I cant say. Just because you have oily skin doesnt mean you dont need moisturization, because if you try to overdry it, it will just get worse. Anyways the aveeno bar has powdered oatmeal I think and its a mild exfoliater. It didnt seem to irritate my face or make it feel overwashed. Its very cheap, under $3 at Walmart so give it a try.

I really like Neutrogenas new acne wash (the one that comes in a tube). Its not oily and soapy like the others. It smells good and your face feels so smooth afterwarRAB.

I'm not sure if you are referring to the " Neutrogena Rapid Clear Oil Control Face Wash" but I recently bought it and I love it! I have the type of skin that would look great after I washed it, but 20 minutes later my nose and forehead would be oily all over again. Now with this face wash, my oil is controlled. It's the first wash that has actually worked for me.

After I wash my face I use Clean and Clear face paRAB, then use Aveeno Daily moisturizer. At night after the face paRAB I use Ziana gel that I have perscribed from my derm.

Introducing the face wash to my routine has really made a big difference.

i finally discovered that if you put a cleanser directly on your skin without any treatment before-hand, you're leaving the cleanser too much work to do. it seems that a cleanser just can't clean out every pore on your skin. it neeRAB a little help.
soo, i wash my face with Dove Facial Cleansing Cloths for Sensitive skin. what this does is it cleans all of the excess dirts away and/or oils out. Next, i use Neutrogena Oil-Free Cream Cleanser. Now that there's not so much dirt and oil blocking your pores, this cleanser can really do it's job now. make sense?? My skin always gets a little dried out from this, so i put Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for Corabination Skin on immediatley following this. this routine has made such a difference. i do this every night. i hope this works for you.
