Haha, why can't it be righer I.C problem ? In 'many cases(Umair said)' I solved with replacing these ringer ICs too ! And I have picture to prove so.

Actually, a sony k750 ringer IC or a nk 5300 ringer IC can be appllied on most china set but NOT ALL. You can give it a try, no harm unless you're no professional technician.
How do I know ? Because I've used up all my new ringer IC and forgot to order for the extras so I used a 5300 ringer IC to put it on the china set which was the set i've shown in the picture and it worked.
