f700 endlessly restarting

I was using qpst to write some nv s to the phone and when I restarted the phone it gets to the vodaphone screen and then just restarts it has cycled through probably 100+ times and still nothiing. any suggestions?
 
Sorry for the doule post, but I fixed it. Flashed the Factory FS and it works like a charm again.
