F480 Limited Service

Hello,

Can anyone please help with this problem, I have just unlocked a F480 with Ns Pro but every time I insert a simcard I just keep getting the message LIMITED SERVICE is there anyway to fix this?
 
please insert sim back to the phone and do the unlocking agian,power phone on and wait for phone search for network,or manually search for network,
