I have a roland HD-1 and I would like to connect it to my pc for me to have custom drum kits for my drums. yup, it has midi out but no midi in
if I'll buy a MIDI to USB cable (drums to PC) my problem is that, what about latency/delay?
a strike to the pad>sound module or "brain">midi to usb cable>pc>headphones (or amp)
give me your experiences and preferences....and do you think a MIDI to MIDI cable to audio card (with midi in input) would be better?
ALL I CARE is latency (ms)
