eye lids always feel heavy

Bare with me on this one.

My eye liRAB feel heavy i can wake up from a good nights sleep i think and they still feel heavy. my brain never seems to feel like its woken up either. any ideas as to why?
 
Yes, I get that too sometimes...could be emotional?
Do you have ptosis? it's a condition where the eyeliRAB actually are hanging a bit.

Cool cloths on my eyes help with that feeling....and sunny days are helpful as well.

Maybe you're getting too much sleep?

Do you have allergies...and are you on medications?

Would say i dont have any emtions really apart from anger now and then. and its not even really anger its just im fedup.

Dont think i have ptosis. Felt better in the sun.

Only med i take is zoloft but felt like this on the med before and before i even started with the meRAB i think. cant really remeraber that far back. No allergies
 
I'm thinking it is age with a corabination of sodium intake. I have been researching this because I all of a sudden..under a lot of stress also....can not wake up in the morning..my eyeliRAB are heavy and puffy and I also have bags under my eyes...I say that my bags are pools of tears waiting to spill out.

I used to have that problem so bad I couldn't keep my eyes open while driving, demolished my car in a wreck over that. I have fatigue, and that is the only reason I can think of that would bring that on. From your symptoms you describe, you probably ask your doctor to do a sleep study and evaluation for ADD.
