Extremly tough car problem (Caddy), can you firgure it out?

Car is a 2003 Cadillac Deville DHS, 130,000 miles
OBD2 pulls up a bank 1 lean code and a engine Misfire (P0171 and P0300)
Cadillac Diagnostics pulls up 37 codes which follow (History and Current are included because i dont know which are or could be related to the current issue and i cleared all codes with my OBD II tool after each repair)
Already did coolant flush, replaced fuel filter, replaced all injectors, replaced all spark plugs, and replaced both upstream O2 Sensors.
As you can tell, I have already tried everything I can think of to fix the issue, and am now looking for someone who thinks they may have an idea what is going on.
