Hello everyone. Im new here and I just want to say that reading on this board has been very helpful. Im finally writing here because I cant take it anymore!
I have INTENSE pressure/discomfort/achiness on my spine or muscles right next to it. Im not really sure how to describe it, or even what exactly is the problem...my muscles or my spine. I've had this problem for as long as I can remeraber, but it's been getting unbearable for the last 6 months. Its become slowly worse and worse. As a result of this problem, im CONSTANTLY cracking my neck by flinging my head from right to left....its become more like a tic now. Also, I have to stop every few minutes and stretch and crack my back.
Its an extreme pressure, like someone is squeezing my entire spine as hard as they can. Its more concentrated in the area between my shoulder blades though.
Ive been to several doctors and they dont seem to understand that its not pain, but its really hindering my daily life. They dismiss it and throw pain reliever pills at me.
I feel like something is terribly wrong. Its not just "back problems" anymore. It taking over my life. If ANYONE can offer me any insight or advice, it would be so amazing. Thank you everyone for your input!
