Extreme pain in girlfriends stomach during sex?

Me and my girlfriend are 16
We were having sex in missionary, when she got an extreme pain below her stomach. Half an hour later, and she's still in extreme pain. It hurts if she moves or laughs. She feels like shes going to throw up. What has happened?
 
I am quite large down there and sometimes I will poke or push my lady"s uterus up or back. It stays sore for several days. If the pain persists see a doctor. And be careful in the future.
