can anyone tell me what this might be? most of the pain only occurs if i move. if i just sit there, nothing. it's not throbbing but it does go up and down in intensity. twisting around sideways doesn't hurt, it's just when i straighten up my spine. lower left abdomen, not in the center.. kind of deep/in the middle, not so much in front or in back.
ok actually i think it's more related to breathing. every time i breathe in fully, i guess the pressure causes the pain to rise a lot. it doesn't have anything to do with my straightening of the spine or anything. every time i breathe in past a certain point, i start feeling pain. i'm pretty sure its not a pneumothorax because ive had 2 and know what they feel like, those are more in the chest. this pain is low abdomen, lumbar area, and pressure-related. it just feels like something is pressing on me really really hard.
