Hey,
I have been going to the gym for approximatly 3-4 months and am experiancing high levels of fatigue.
I assumed this would slowly be reduced over the coming months, it did not.
I eat a reasonable diet and get a good amount of sleep.
Due to the fatigue i am unable to experiance the burn required to build new muscle.
Apart from sleep and diet what could be affecting my gym energy levels?
