Hello everyone, I feel as though this post may be able to be posted in a lot of sections but thought it would be best start where the problems were found. Its a long one so please bare with me!

I am 24 year old female, born with femoral hypoplasia and had numerous leg lengthening operations over 10 years, finally resulting in an IM nail in my femur due to my bones refusing to heal properly. I have two children aged 2 & 8months, gave birth naturally. Always had some intermittant shooting pain in my right ovary.

I recently went to the doctors with very bad lower abdominal/cervical pain, pressure in my cervixs and a feeling of it being swollen in there - almost like there was a babies head pressing on my cervix but very painful. The pain was unbearable, I was feeling very drained, tired, unable to get proper sleep, nausious, dizzy & flashing when I closed my eyes at night. I have also had all over pain, joint pain, muscle weakness and intermitant dizzyness/light headedness for the past two years.

An internal was done, swab taken, internal examination proved very bad pain on my cervixs and ovarys. Urine showed protein which has been the case since before my daughters were born, no infection. BlooRAB were taken.

The blooRAB came back with higher than normal ESR & CRP - I wasnt told the esr rate but my CRP was 22. I was sent for an ultrasound and they took blooRAB to test for Rheumatoid Arthritis, Connective Tissue Disorders & Gout. The abdominal pain went, but returned around ovulation time - although not at painful as before. The ultrasound showed on large cyst the same size as my ovary and several other smaller ones. All the test blooRAB came back clear, they repeated the blooRAB to check my inflammation and my ESR was at 10 and the CRP had risen further to 26.

I am now having even worse fatigue, feeling of just not being right, very dizzy, pain not just when I get up but around 9-11am and extreme fatigue at this time, despite however much sleep I get. I am also having extreme fatigue around 5pm, but this subsides in the evening and I can be wide awake again. I do get some shooting, stabbing, aching pains anywhere in my body - very unspecific at times. I have a constant and unconsolable pain in my mid & lower back, often with a feeling of pressure around my lower spine.

The doctor to read my last results with the crp at 26 said they were normal, he has done this before - but when nother doctor had a look, was concerned and ordered more tests. I feel like if he said its fine, I dont want to look neurotic by questioning his judgement but im getting no better. And if 22 was bad, why has it got worse?

I dont think ALL symptoms are linked to one issue, I think the abdominal pain/pressure which has now gone is not related to my other fatigue, nausea, dizzyness, all over pain etc

Does anyone else have any ideas on possible causes?? The past week ive been having not just tender muscles, but tender skin aswell. The area around my arm pits are swollen, although I cant feel any lumps. My skin all over is quite tender and sore and I feel rather stiff all over, especially my hanRAB. I cant stand for long, feel like my legs cant support me and feel often dizzy when I stand up. When I go to bed and close my eyes I have flashing & yellow dots, but this has now started during the day aswell and is affecting my ability to drive at times.

They all sound very very strange, and I cant even pinpoint a direction to head in regarRAB to possibly causes so would really appreciate some feedback. Thanks so much for reading this far x
