Here's the problem.
A couple years after buying my house the paint in the cedar siding started to bubble. I pressure washed everything and applied a solid stain (Flood) in a different color the house. Is is starting to bubble again, but its not the new color that is bubbling, its one of the older layers that is bubbling. I looked closer and say that is is the 3rd or 4th layer that was bubbling. Any suggestions so that it wont bubble again?
