this isn't a new thing for me, i've been living with chronic calf pain for over ten years and i'm only 22. years ago i went to physio therapy because i was walking around on my toe, unable to put my heel on the floor.
when i try to bend my foot up toward me it only moves about an inch before there is tension, i have to force my foot by leaning on it and the pain is unreal (i've had kidney stones before so i'm not exaggerating). I've become used to it, but recently it's acted up and i can't bear standing on it.
just wondering if anyone has heard anything like this, maybe it's caused by muscle damage? I used to figure skate when i was young.
