ExpressVu in Florida

I was just mentionning it to him, for him not to be surprised if it happens... It doesn't matter how long he has been with the caompagny, how many receiver he has, or howmuch he spends monthly. The policies are there for everybody!

What would tell a cop that stops you because you drive a bit too fast? Would you tell him:"But sir I have my licence for oven ten year now and never had an accident, I tink you should waive that ticket"? And then maybe add:"But sir I just bought a BMW, invested lots of money in buying that super sound system..." I don't think so... Same applies to Express Vu service

That could be an option if you don't have a contract... If you do early termination penalty will still apply

I personally do not see any trouble with a person taking his dish to Florida and watching TV that he is paying for. As far as I know, and I don't think I am an expert by any means, it is illegal for BEV to sell programming to Americans and DN to sell to Canadians. As I see it, this is mainly due to an out of touch, outdated CRTC and a satellite provider terrified of true American programming. I know RV'ers that take their dishes with them all over the US and continue to enjoy their subscription - they are Canadians paying for a Canadian service. Bell has got bigger problems that worrying about where their paying customers are viewing from.

To quote Ralf Klein, " Shoot, Shovel and Shut UP " totally different topic, the anology is just the same. Shut up and do it, who cares what Agent Express Vu thinks, this topic has been discussed till its death. "Just do it", to quote another company. Enough said.........lol

I agree 100%.

Lets face it we install about 30 or 40 Dish Network or DirecTv systems every year in Ontario, through Express Vu.... It is Express Vu that pay our invoices to install this stuff so why not take your own Dish South, go for it, I would.

By the way I never said what I think about the rule...I just stated it and stated the compagny's postion towards having Express Vu in the USA. I never made any comment on what I think about it. Your statement doesn't therefore make sense...
