Really? Personally, I'm quite happy with the HD content. I watch mostly the US networks and "learning"-type channels. Other than the sim-sub issues, picture breakups and some in low quality I'm quite happy (maybe due to getting rid of my crappy old TV).
At this point in time I don't think Bell should be charging extra for the level of HD quality they are pumping out, but $10/mth I don't find to be unreasonable. Hockey in HD is awesome even though the quality is badly downgraded from where it could be.
I must admit I am reasonably impressed at how well the TV zooms a SD image so shows on Space or other SD letterbox shows look quite good. I know people will hit me over the head for that, and yes, actual HD shows (particularly HDNet) look a thousand times better.
