I just got a letter from Bell today (dated March 29) that apologizes for the "interruptions" that have been occurring with the ExpressVu for Condos service. It offers 3 pay per view movies for free as a "gesture towards any inconveniences experienced. [A] 15.00 credit will automatically appear on [my] next statement..."
Anyone else get this letter?
I called customer support to follow up; the 15.00 credit will appear on my next bill but can only be used towards pay per view purchases (hence I can't take it and use it to pay off my monthly service fees); I also asked if this was a limited time offer and the rep said she didn't think it was limited and that the credit would be there until 3 pay per view charges (at 4.99 at movie) would appear.
