Explain this verse from the Quran? Thanks?

29:27
And We bestowed on him(Abraham), Isaac and Jacob, and We established the prophethood and the Scripture among his seed, and We gave him his reward in the world, and lo! in the Hereafter he verily is among the righteous. (27)

Isnt Ishak a.s (Isaac) and Ismail a.s the son of Ibrahim a.s? Why does it says Ishak a.s(Isaac) and Yaqub a.s (Jacob)?

Please explain in detail if possible. I need multiple answers to cross-reference. Thanks.

It means kill Jews, kill Americans, kill westerners in general, and, while we're at it, kill everyone else.
