Explain this Phenomenom?

why only in damp rainy weather ,is when my hands and body start to spasm and cramp up? what is the physical condition that is going on inside me and how can i tell when that type of weather meterolgy and what factors involved are going to trigger this condition,and are there any medications i can take to control this condition when it starts to affect me.

Do you have a barometer? you could chart your symptoms...then beside it, write down the barometric pressure.
