...and Virgina Resolutions.... Explain the State's Rights Theory of the Constitution as developed in the Kentucky and Virgina Resolutions. Show how this theory was used in the Hartford Convention, and expanded in the South Carolina Exposition and Protest. Also explain how the South justified their secession from the Union in December 1860 and formed the Confederate States of America. PLEASE HELP!
