Explain please. "Private health care will have to compete with public health care"?

Obama said that private wil have to compete with public health care. Then he use schools as an example. But there will be no competition. Private schools are way better than public schools.

Not to mention in public systems the gov hires anyone, ANYONE, to fill a quota. The reason why that killer doctor in Australia got by for so long is because, they were so desperate for doctors. The best doctors were sent to rich or well of areas, and the poor got the "should lose their license" doctor.

As a matter of fact the doctor I am talking about lost his license in three states in the US, the Australian Gov. ignored this and hired him anyway.

At least everyone got covered or health care. Never mind that he killed a lot of people.

So what is Obama talking about?
 
He is proposing an alternative insurance provider. A so called public option. If you like your current plan, keep it. If you don't and want something else consider switching.

The US has TONS of malpractice cases. You can't have tens of thousands of physicians treating tens of millions of people with no malpractice.
 
Then let me choose to use public health care. Problem solved. You're happily paying taxes to support our public education system, after all, even though you clearly favor private schools.
