Talk about the problems (within a country and internationally) that terrorist movements (through long term, low intensity fighting) cause for strong and technologically advanced countries (USA) , and explain how the war on terror could be won.

I don't think the War On Terror can ever be completely won. Terror can be contained, but it can never be completely stomped out. A War On Terror is really an ongoing battle. It does not have a nice neat timeline as conventional wars do. You see, as certain countries try to defend against terror, there will always be a terrorist out there who is adjusting and adapting to those tactics. The War On Terror is not a stagnant thing. It is always changing day by day and sometimes even minute by minute. The best thing a country can do is be vigilant and courageous in order to defeat terror. But nobody can have a 100% success rate in the War On Terror. That would be an unrealistic expectation.

You mean the "war "OF" terror" that the US is waging on other countries? Leave foreign lands that are not your own.
You have enough terrorists in your own country. Or don't you watch the nightly news of who got shot on what street where in the US for some idiotic reason ? One never walks the street at night in New York.

That is "some advanced society" we are all trying to attain.

Everybody gets a gun. Or a "tazer"...and has the "right to use it on others". The US has more prisons and a higher number of people incarcerated than any other country in the world.
