Expert Actionascript/Flash?

I am looking to become better at flash and actionscript. I understand programming and can code in C++. Where can I go and/or what can I do to become an expert in flash/actionscript programming?

I'm looking more specifically toward flash games, but anything I can do is good.

Newgrounds has a lot of tutorials in their flash tutorial section: http://www.newgrounds.com/collection/flashtutorials

(the shootorials are probably the best there)
