Experience in Business -but- pursuing a career in Psychology?

Hi All,

Can some help me?

I have an EXTENSIVE background in Business, specifically Workers Compensation Insurance for the past 10-years. This was not my career of passion, but one that I accidentally fell into and stuck with it because it was a way for me to earn a decent living and remain employed.

Well,
Now in my late 30s, I would like to go back to school for my passion: Psychology. I would like to pursue a Bachelors and Masters degree and eventually become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Here's the challenge:
The school I am applying to would like me to provide a document called a portfolio that "I" put together to explain my past and "relevant" experience to enter into the Psychology program.

I do have past experience in Social Services that I will share, but I'm at a loss and puzzled as to how to go about using my prior "Business" experience, maturity and professionalism to help me into the program?? I would like to use my prior Business experience because it was my career for 10years that I would like to count for something.....

Can anyone shed some insight or offer any advice as to how to construct the Portfolio????
Thank you so much in advance!!
