Exhaust on a 1997 Ford Mustang V6HO?

So, I was planning on getting straights with no mufflers, but I really dont want to have to deal with all the cops. So, I want t go with a true dual X-Pipe with two Flowmaster 40s. I have two questions:

A. Should I go with Flowmaster 40s original or delta flow?
B. How much will it cost to have all this installed if I buy the mufflers
myself?
 
original is what we have on ours sounds great.
u buy the mufflers and piping? or muffler? duels? need to know this to give a better estimate on the price. say wants with just the muffler. muffler masters probably cost you 150 bucks labor and pipes maybe or 200
