exhaust for suzuki drz400s

Hi can any one help ..... got myself a Suzuki drz400s 2007
would like some advice.... please.... on some easy mods without going over the top IE would like a bit more noise/power...possibly exhaust.without re-jetting the carb if that is possible.. don't have any problems with noise living in Cyprus. THANKS...........

Not sure if you're going to find many exhausts that don't come with new jets for carb'd bikes.
