So my EX-friend took me to a candlelight vigil, i left my hoodie/glasses in his car & he left without telling me. The next day i asked if i he could return them or if i could pick them up. He would ignore me, so i ask him 3 days or so if i could get my stuff back. He continues to ignore me ... I was wondering what i could do to get them back? I don't really have proof that their mine since the items are pretty old $200 armani hoody / $160ish prescripted glasses. I have a picture of me wearing the glasses, but not the hoodie.. could i get the police involved? or perhaps take him to a small claims court?
