About 8 years ago I tore my A C L and my Meniscus pretty bad. Now I am trying to lose weight and build the strength up in my legs again but finding it almost impossible to keep the weight balance on both knees equal. If I had to guess I would say that the weight balance is more like 85% right knee and 15% left knee. This is driving me crazy and also overworking my right knee. Any suggestions?
