Exercising/health question!?

I'm 15 almost 16 approximately 6 ft tall and around 180 lbs I don't consider myself fat but I have excessive stretch marks everywhere from around my nipples to behind my knee. They are pinkish an very visible.. It's like I woke up with them well I do some excersizing but Im not sure what I should be doing I can barely even do one push up but I have muscle in my arms and you can see them.. I do mostly sit ups do you have any suggestions if I want to improve my chest and stomach and butt?

I also ha a question about vitamins an certain things I should eat everyday what vitamins should a 16 year old boy take? I h e lots of them but I feel weird taking them and they make my urine really yellow is that bad or will it go away? Thanks and any tips you can give me to help me stay healthy and fit would be nice.
