So, I was naturally skinny, at the height 5'2, weighing about 100 lbs and maintaining it, regardless of how I ate. Well, until I started taking medications for Bipolar Disorder and gained about 30 lbs. It has been two years, and I am now weaning off my meds, and people have been commenting that I was losing weight without me trying.
So, I decided to start exercising. Since I'm not used to extreme exercises, I decided to start off doing easy stuff. I do about 20-30 minutes of cardio, 20 sit-ups, 30 leg lifts, 60 chest presses, and 4 reps of arm exercises. I'm on my fourth day of exercising. Are these good enough or should I do something even more extreme? I'm looking to dropping down to 110-115 lbs, losing belly fat, and slimming my arms. When would I start seeing results, approximately? Does it help to say that I was a naturally skinny person?
PS: I don't eat alot. I never binge. I eat two to three meals a day, depending on whether or not I want breakfast or not. And I'm a female.
