exercising and not losing off my legs?

i've been exercising quite alot now 70 min jog, 2 hour ride, 60 min jog, 40 min jog, 40 min walk, 60 min jog and it feels and looks like i am not losing any weight and feels as though my legs are "bulking up" i am not over eating or anything and was wondering why i would not be losing weight?
