I'm 14 years old, 5'1 and 100 pounds. Yes, I know that I'm not fat, but I'd like to slim down just a little bit. My legs are hard as rocks thanks to ballet, and now I want to make them long and lean, not bulky. (My inseam is 29" so I have super short legs.) Also, I've been drinking more water, eating more veggies and counting calories (Eating between 1800 calories and 2200 calories a day) I've been doing 30 minutes of cardio, then another 30 minutes of strength training 4 times a week. I haven't put off any weight! HELP PLEASE. Any stretching, dieting, and different exercise suggestions?
