exercising advice.. =D ?

I'm a teen and I weigh 182 pounds/13 Stone.
Which is overweight for my age.& I have no confidence in my body.
and with exercising in front of other people.

So I've got a treadmill and I also have a trampoline.
to lose weight how often would I have to go on these..and for how long?
also will It help me lose weight.I also have a dog so do you have any advice on a routine?
