Exercises what do u do?

I need exercises to get my butt into shape.

I need to lose 10-15 pounds by May 13-14

I weigh 140 right now. I need to lose 10 more pounds just this past week I lost 7 pounds :)
I am trying to get in shape. For Summer and so I can continue my riding so I dont get tired easily horse riding does help me with my butt though
