Exercises to keep me in shape for football?

I broke my fibula. i am in a cast that ends below the knee and i wear crutches. i still must show up for all events football related. i can lift only sitting down, and i use this machine called a hand bike which is a bike for your arms. i dont feel this is enough for me to stay in shape. i weigh around 280 lbs and cant afford to put on anymore weight. i can crunches and thats about all i can come up with on my own. The coaches told me they expect me to be an all league player this year if i keep working hard like i have been. Does anyone have any ideas?
I dont have money or resources to get a trainer. i just need a list of some exercises i can do everynight to help me.
