After jumping no-stirrups on Thursday in my lesson, my thighs have been really sore. They were fairly small jumps but my horse is quite bouncy. What are some exercises I could do to improve my strength so I don't hurt as much? Something like squats? In lessons, I usually only jump once every 2 weeks, so I can't practice jumping no stirrups very often. Thanks for your advice!
