I go on the computer a LOT. It's not like I never exercise. I go on walks a lot with my friends, I go to the gym sometimes, I run on the treadmill when nobody's home (the noise it makes when I step embarrasses me...) but I figure if I could be doing exercise WHILE being on the computer, that'd be fantastic. I need to be able to type and keep my eyes on the monitor though. xD But are there any leg work-outs or something that could get my heart rate up?
I would also love to know what I can do to tone my butt. xD
