Exercises to do,lose weight?

I think I have put weight on around my tummy area but not too much that others would notice. What type of exercises would you suggest to slim it a little? My job is an active one, I am stood all day and moving around and lifting boxes etc and I walk the 20mins home which is all up hill each day. I do eat the odd choc bar and love sour sweets but not to a bad degree. I have no access to pool, gym or anything as I live very rural and I also have a very weak right arm from shoulder to hand which makes certain activities a no go..like tennis or bowling or the like. I have a bike if that helps. Im also female and 30 and size 14 or 16 depends where I buy my clothes as all sizes vary shop to shop. so any tips be good... oh I dont eat fruit,veg,beef,sheep or pig... mostly just chicken and mash and sweetcorn. Have never eaten veg or fruit
