I have an old knee injury that causes my knee to stiffen and hurt sometimes. In the back of my knee I developed a baker's cyst. My doctor said that if she were to remove it, it would grow back. She suggested doing exercises that would strengthen my thighs and calves but not put pressure on my knee. She said no running or stairs. What are some exercises that would help? Will this baker's cyst go away if I wear a knee wrap? or do I ask if they can remove it anyway? Please help I'm tired of wearing pants to hide this lump!
