Well, I am 15 years old.
I used to have a fairly good memory. Now, my memory is certainly not superb.
I'm not looking for a doctors explanation. I'm 15; Clearly my age group (especially the brain) is still developing at a rapid rate. I have a lot to remember; my memory is not poor, though.
Anyways.. to get to the point, I'd like to ask if there are any methods of attempting to sharpen my memory (whether that be a full night sleep or reading). I'd like to hear from a couple of people, especially about nutrition (although I typically eat healthy).
