Okay I want to play QB in my schools Football team I have this routine in which i train what I thinck are the most important mucles for a QB.Tellme what should i train or what should i train more
Monday
jog 2 miles
400 pushups
500 drumbells(i dont know if it is the real name in this exercice i train my biceps with 20 lb weights)
250 delts exercice ( 20lb weights)
250 neck ecxercice (20lb)
Tuesday
Practice passing mechanics
500 drumbells
400 pushups
delts& neck exercise
Wednesday
jog 2Miles
Drumbells
pushups
delts
neck
... the patern continues
I rest on Fridays
What else should i train or is that good enough?Or what other muscle is imporant for this positon
