I am 16 years old almost 17, ~60 kilograms (132 pounds), ~6ft tall. I used to be relatively fit playing soccer, but as I got into computers and computer programming, I've lost all that and I would like some of it back.
What exercises can I do? I have 2x2kg weights and can probably spare 1-2 hours a day. Any suggestions (some muscle would be nice too =P, I'm quite thin).

Also, I don't have various types of food. Limited to mango, nectarine, ham sandwhiches, milk, water, several times vegetables(cooked) and chicken/fish for dinner and rice, chips, potatoes, salad etc.
@Kevin, I have a small yard i could probably do the beep test in, would doing that each day be alright, or overkill? I could just do a set amount, not my limit ofcourse.
