I have been working out 5-6 days a week for the past 2 and 1/2 months. I haven't lost any weight. I am 5'10" and weight 160 pounds. I am well aware of what I should be eating and only take in about 1500 to 2000 calories per day, burning around 500 doing

I have gotten down to 150 lbs in the past but I am finding it harder to lose weight now that I'm older. I'm 23 now. Any ideas?
