I've heard that if you exercise while on your period it speeds up the cycle..
I found when I ran or exercise my flow would be heavier than when I'd be relaxing.
I heard from 3 of my friends that exercise makes the length of your period shorter.
is this really true? Please let me know, thank you in advance.
